Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Wellness Manager to design and implement employee health programs, manage wellness budgets, coordinate with vendors, and track outcomes to improve workplace wellbeing.
Responsibilities include creating wellness strategies, running workshops and fitness classes, managing health screenings, and reporting on participation and ROI. You will collaborate with HR and leadership to align programs with company goals.
Qualifications: 3+ years in wellness or HR programs, strong project management skills, excellent communication, and knowledge of health promotion best practices. Certification in wellness or related field preferred.
