Job Description
Lead customer strategy and planning to improve acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Develop segmentation, insights, and actionable go-to-market plans, set KPIs, build forecasting and budgeting models, and coordinate cross-functional campaigns with marketing, product, and analytics. Own performance reporting and optimization of customer journeys. Required: Bachelor’s degree, 3 to 5 years in customer strategy, analytics, or CRM, strong data-driven mindset, proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools, excellent stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
