Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Unisys. In this role, you will address moderately complex questions and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. You will escalate complex problems when necessary and utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve challenging incidents.
To be successful, you should have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and an ITIL certification. A technical certification or Associate Degree may be required.
