The role includes receiving, recording, and depositing collections (cash, checks, online) with supporting receipts; managing petty cash, replenishment, and liquidations; processing cash advances, reimbursements, and agent expenses; preparing timely financial reports, accruals, and system entries; coordinating with banks; supporting purchasing and supplier payments; and assisting internal and external audits. The in-person position demands accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
