Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to drive recruiting strategy, lead a team of recruiters, and manage full-cycle hiring across functions. You will design sourcing strategies, strengthen employer branding, set KPIs and improve hiring processes, partner with hiring managers, and coach recruiters to deliver results. Required: proven experience in recruitment leadership, strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication skills.
