Job Description

Join UPS to support APAC order management. Process and dispatch orders to regional warehouses, handle returns and defective parts, prepare documentation and proofs of delivery, create commercial invoices for international shipments, take live/manual orders via phone and email, manage reserved parts, amend orders (address/contact/deadlines) and maintain on-time performance to meet SLAs.
