Job Description
Urban Smiles Dental Clinic seeks a full-time Marketing Associate to execute social media, graphic design, on-ground activations, and branch marketing. Key duties: manage weekly/monthly content calendars; publish and analyze posts, reels, and stories; handle community engagement and escalations; create pubmats, templates, and quick-turn assets within brand guidelines; plan in-branch promos, mall activations, and mini-events; coordinate printing, suppliers, logistics and installations; and perform branch checks to ensure localized, consistent marketing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 2 years marketing experience, fluent English, willingness to travel 100%. Compensation from Php23,00/month with benefits including health insurance, flexible schedule, staff meals, paid training and promotion opportunities.
