Job Description
We are hiring an Associate BPM Lead for Appeals & Grievances to streamline case workflows and improve member outcomes. You will design and optimize business processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires 3+ years in BPM or healthcare appeals, strong analytical skills, process mapping experience, and proficiency with BPM tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential. Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, implementing continuous improvement, training staff, and reporting performance to senior leadership.
