Job Description
VA4U Australia seeks a reliable, proactive Marketing Director to work hands-on with founders. This full-time, long-term, permanent remote role (Philippine time) oversees operations, communications, marketing, and customer engagement. Lead Email & SMS campaigns, develop growth strategies, and ensure quality and consistency across teams. Qualifications: senior leadership experience (GM/Operations), strong marketing background, proven email/SMS campaign and CRM proficiency, excellent written communication, detail-oriented, proactive and solutions-focused. We offer day-shift (Philippine time), permanent work-from-home, Php40,00–50,00/month, and long-term growth opportunities. Candidates should have a dedicated workspace, reliable internet and their own equipment.
