Job Description
We seek a full-time, in-person HR and Admin Assistant to manage office upkeep, supplies, bookkeeping, vendor payments, payroll assistance, employee records, government submissions, permits and statutory remittances. Bachelor’s in Business Administration or similar preferred, with admin or general affairs experience. Strong organization, communication, time management, MS Office and payroll/compliance familiarity required. Permanent role with negotiable pay, benefits and promotion potential.
