Job Description
Valor Global Inc. is hiring an onsite Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality, empathetic support via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve inquiries promptly using standard responses, troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, and maintain clear verbal and written communication. SHS graduates or those with two years of college are welcome; BPO experience and 1 year preferred. Must be patient, adaptable, English-proficient, and able to commute to Nichols – McKinley 1634 P00.
