Job Description
Join Valor Global Inc. as an onsite Technical Service Representative in Biñan City. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; guide customers; escalate complex problems. Open to SHS graduates or college students; technical support/BPO experience preferred. Must have strong technical knowledge, analytical troubleshooting, excellent verbal/written skills, patience, customer focus, and familiarity with AI. Full-time permanent; Php21,00–Php29,00/month, health & life insurance, paid training, company events, promotion path. Reliable commute or relocation to Biñan City preferred.
