Valor seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Eastwood for a hybrid day-shift role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing via portals, social media and networking, screening applications, coordinating candidate endorsements, negotiating offers and onboarding. Required: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field; at least 6 months’ full-cycle recruitment experience; strong sourcing and ATS skills; excellent communication and collaboration with Operations and HR; organized and detail-oriented to meet hiring timelines.
