Valor is hiring an Account Manager Team Leader to work onsite in a shifting schedule at BGC or MOA. You will coordinate with clients on offshore team status, implement and monitor KPIs, track team performance and attendance, conduct coaching and corrective actions, handle staff queries, provide day-to-day operational support, and prepare reports for the Operations Manager and Head of Operations. Applicants must have strong written and verbal English and at least 1 year of leadership experience. Full-time role, up to Php40,00/month, with benefits including health insurance, paid training, promotion opportunities and pay raises. Work Location: In person.
