Job Description
Valor seeks a Client Operations Manager to oversee client operations, assist in setting up Philippines operations, drive growth, and support the SCEM in managing delivery centers. Hybrid role based in Eastwood or BGC. Responsibilities include ensuring service quality, regulatory compliance, and site maintenance. Requirements: minimum 1 year as Client Operations Manager, excellent written and verbal English, strong MS Office skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and exemplary customer service.
