Job Description
We seek an energetic, goal-oriented Sales Development Representative for our outbound sales team. You will make cold calls to company-provided leads, introduce products/services, generate interest, qualify prospects, and set appointments or demos for closers. Maintain accurate CRM records and meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets. Outbound sales, telemarketing, or BPO experience is a plus. Strong English communication and persuasion skills, confidence, persistence, and a target-driven mindset are required. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to work shifts if needed.
