Job Description
VCDC seeks a Finance & Accounting Officer. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; 3–5 years finance/accounting experience; hands-on government bidding and PhilGEPS experience (required); proficient with QuickBooks/Xero; strong BIR compliance, taxation and statutory reporting knowledge; excellent organization, attention to detail, and deadline-driven; strong communication for coordination with internal teams and government offices.
