Job Description
Reports Analysts handle data analysis and reporting for healthcare BPO operations, supporting US clients. Responsibilities include developing QA process tracking tools, producing management reports, and monthly performance and manpower analysis. Coordinate across teams to solve medical billing workflow challenges and assist with financial and operational data tasks. Required: excellent English communication, proficiency with online tools/portals, teamwork, and strong analytical skills for healthcare metrics. Full-time position; salary Php33,00–38,00/month.
