Job Description
We are seeking an Intake Specialist to manage client intake, screening, and documentation. You will collect and verify client information, schedule appointments, enter data into our CRM, and coordinate with case managers. Strong communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, and empathy are essential. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred), 1+ years administrative or customer intake experience, proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
