Job Description

Virlux Innovations International Corp is seeking a motivated Roving Sales Supervisor to ensure operational excellence across multiple locations. Your role will involve providing on-site support, coaching staff, and enforcing company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to assigned branches
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Support new store openings and underperforming branches
• Handle escalated customer concerns effectively
• Train new hires and manage onboarding processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in management or relevant field
• 2+ years’ experience as Team Leader or Coordinator
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to sites within Luzon
