Job Description

We are seeking a Client Care Analyst to manage client relationships, resolve inquiries, and ensure service quality. Responsibilities include monitoring client accounts, analyzing feedback and metrics, coordinating with internal teams to implement solutions, preparing reports, and supporting onboarding. Candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, proficiency with CRM tools and Excel, and one to two years in client service or analytics. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Able to prioritize tasks, work collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality.
