Job Description
Vital Virtuals Global HR Solutions LLC seeks a fully remote Virtual Medical Receptionist experienced in psychiatry and mental health patient communication. The role includes scheduling, patient intake, and virtual front-desk support using Charm EMR and Spruce. Required: familiarity with psychiatry workflows, strong verbal and written communication, reliable computer and wired 50+ Mbps internet, and Zoom proficiency. Preferred: prior medical reception or administrative experience and basic insurance verification knowledge. Strict technical requirements include Windows 10+, Intel i5 (8th Gen+) or AMD equivalent, 8GB RAM, USB noise-canceling headset, HD webcam, and external monitor. Non-compliant applicants will not be considered.
