Job Description
Lead daily operations across multiple outlets in your area, manage regional and area managers, ensure compliance with company standards, control inventory and logistics, implement sales, marketing and staff incentive programs, and develop training and performance-evaluation systems. Oversee financials, budgets and expenditures; analyze reports to drive continuous improvement and franchising initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 4 years managing multiple outlets (Bar Manager/Supervisor experience preferred), broad restaurant operations background including HR, purchasing, maintenance and franchising; available to start ASAP. Offer: full-time role, Php35,00–45,00/month, benefits including HMO, life insurance, staff meals, discounts, service charge and career growth opportunities. Work Location: In person.
