Job Description
Viva International Food and Restaurants, Inc. seeks a Commissary Quality Assurance Officer to ensure food safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance. Duties: monitor HACCP/GMP, inspect, sample and test products, document non-conformances, train staff, and coordinate corrective actions. Requirements: degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related, 2+ years in food QA, knowledge of ISO/HACCP/local laws, attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong communication. QMS and audit experience preferred.
