Job Description
Viventis Search Asia, Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our shipping and logistics team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely information about shipments and resolving service issues.
Key Responsibilities: Manage customer complaints, build relationships, maintain service quality, and handle incoming calls. Responsibilities also include shipment monitoring, payment collections, and administrative tasks.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month | Schedule: 10-hour shift, Monday to Friday
