Job Description
Lead end-to-end product development from concept to commercialization, aligning assortments with market trends and brand direction. Manage sourcing, sampling, costing, supplier relations, and product launches; analyze sell-through and customer feedback to inform assortment and lifecycle decisions. Require Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Fashion and 5+ years in merchandising or product development, strong negotiation, analytical and project management skills. Full-time, Php40,00–50,00/month, paid training, on-site.
