Job Description

We seek a Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and programmatic platforms. You will plan strategy, set budgets, conduct A/B testing, track performance metrics (ROAS, CPA), and deliver scalable growth. Required: 2+ years of paid media experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with analytics tools and bidding strategies. Excellent communication and campaign reporting skills are a must.
