Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Director of Training to lead learning strategy, design, and delivery across the organization. You will define training vision, build scalable programs, and drive performance improvement.
Key responsibilities include managing a training team, developing curricula and blended learning solutions, measuring program impact, partnering with business leaders, and overseeing budgets and vendor relationships.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred), 8+ years in learning & development, strong leadership, instructional design, analytics, and communication skills.
