Job Description
WAGMI Solutions is seeking an Academy Operations Specialist to support our training programs. Responsibilities include managing and resolving ticketing system requests, course management with our LMS, and handling student registration. Effective communication and maintaining professional relationships are crucial.
Minimum qualifications include +1 year of LMS operations experience, problem-solving skills, proficiency in Google G-Suite and MS Excel, and excellent English communication. An AA/AS degree is preferred; a BA/BS is a plus.
