Job Description
Join Walter Mart Supermarket as a Sales Supervisor. You will manage customer service, build product categories, ensure 100% inventory/category accuracy, and supervise sales support staff and merchandisers. Key competencies: people management, result orientation, customer focus, organization, and attention to detail. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or Administration and at least 2 years’ relevant experience in store management/operations in retail or food; fast food and customer service experience preferred. This full-time permanent role offers Php18,00–22,00/month, company Christmas gift, events, health insurance, and promotion opportunities. In-person work in Mabalacat; reliable commute or relocation preferred.
