Job Description
The Store Supervisor oversees full store operations to maximize sales and profitability through excellent customer service, inventory control, marketing, cost management and team development. Key responsibilities include enforcing policies and standards, managing customer service, training staff, achieving store targets, controlling expenses, inventory and asset management, and mitigating operational risks. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years’ managerial experience in retail or fast food. Job type: Full-time, Permanent.
