Job Description
The Selling Supervisor oversees category profitability through daily category building and management. Key responsibilities include customer service management; achieving category sales targets; ensuring safety, sanitation and bad order control; timely and accurate promotion execution; maintaining 100% inventory accuracy; and supervising sales support staff and merchandisers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management and at least 2 years’ relevant experience in store management or retail/food operations. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Benefits include company events, health insurance, on-site parking, promotion opportunities, paid training, and potential promotion to permanent employee.
