Job Description
As Department Store Officer you will oversee store operations to maximize sales and profitability through strong customer service, inventory control, marketing, sales execution, expense management and team development. You will implement company policies, manage customer service, train staff, achieve store targets, control expenses, maintain inventory and facilities, and mitigate operational risks. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years managerial experience in retail or fast-food; English required. Full-time, on-site at Waltermart Carmona Branch; must be willing to commute or relocate to San Pedro/Carmona.
