The Department Store Officer oversees store operations to maximize sales and profitability through excellent customer service, inventory control, marketing, cost management, and team development. Key duties: enforce policies, manage customer service, train staff, achieve store targets, control expenses, oversee inventory, assets, facilities, and risk. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least 5 years’ managerial experience in retail or fast-food. This full-time role is based at WalterMart Carmona Branch; reliable commute or relocation required.
