Job Description
Job Summary: The Selling Supervisor at Waltermart Supermarket, Inc. is responsible for enhancing category profitability through effective management of daily selling operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service
- Build and achieve category sales, ensuring safety and sanitation
- Implement all promotions accurately and on time
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy for category assignments
- Supervise sales support staff and merchandisers
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field. At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail or food operations.
