Job Description
Waltermart Supermarket, Inc. seeks a Front End Supervisor to lead front-end operations, ensuring prompt, friendly, and reliable customer service. Responsibilities include supervising checkout service, managing cash turnover to the Treasury, handling customer feedback, enforcing front-end controls and processes, and overseeing asset and database management. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management and has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or food-service front-end operations. This is a full-time, in-person position.
