Job Description
Waltermart Supermarket, Inc. seeks a Selling Supervisor responsible for category profitability and day-to-day selling operations. Duties include customer service management; category building (sales achievement, safety, sanitation, and bad order control); timely and accurate promotion execution; ensuring 100% inventory accuracy for assigned categories; and supervising sales support staff and merchandisers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management, and at least 2 years’ relevant store management or retail/food operations experience.
