As an HR Officer, you will oversee the warehouse account and manage human resources functions including employee relations, recruitment, timekeeping, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive and organized, with the ability to address the dynamic needs of a warehouse environment.
Specific responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, coordinating employee onboarding, addressing workplace issues, overseeing timekeeping, and maintaining accurate HR records. You will also prepare reports and ensure compliance with labor laws.
