Job Description
We Group WMO is seeking a skilled and passionate Swim Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching swimming to individuals of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct private or group swimming lessons.
– Assess swimming skills and create individualized lesson plans.
– Provide constructive feedback and ensure safety during lessons.
Requirements:
– Certification in swimming instruction (e.g., Red Cross Lifeguard).
– Experience teaching swimming, strong communication skills.
Pay: Php200.00 – Php250.00 per hour
Benefits: Flextime, promotion opportunities.
Schedule: Various shifts available.
