Job Description
The Securities Operations Associate (Check Processing) will manage end-to-end processing of securities-related checks, including receipt, endorsement, imaging, posting, exception resolution, and reconciliation. You will ensure accurate settlement, maintain audit-ready records, follow regulatory and internal controls, and coordinate with custodians and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in financial operations or bank check processing, strong attention to detail, proficiency with MS Excel and operations systems, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining compliance standards.
