Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fraud & Claims Operations Representative to investigate, validate, and process claims while detecting and preventing fraudulent activity. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, conducting investigations, liaising with customers and internal teams, maintaining accurate case records, escalating suspicious cases, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years’ experience in fraud detection or claims operations, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with claims systems and Excel, and a commitment to integrity and timely case resolution.
