Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (ACH – Origination Investigations) to handle electronic payment origination inquiries and resolve ACH exceptions.
Investigate ACH origination issues, analyze transaction data, liaise with banks and clients, document findings, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with NACHA and internal policies. Provide timely, professional customer support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Required: 1-3 years in ACH operations or payments investigations, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of ACH/NACHA rules, excellent communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
