Job Description
Join our team as a Programmatic Operations Specialist responsible for managing programmatic ad campaigns, optimizing yield across DSPs and SSPs, troubleshooting trafficking issues, and ensuring campaign delivery and reporting accuracy. You will work with trafficking platforms, ad tags, and analytics to improve CPMs and viewability, liaise with account managers, and implement best practices for header bidding and private marketplaces. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in programmatic operations, strong Excel skills, familiarity with ad servers (DFP/Google Ad Manager), DSP platforms, and basic SQL.
