Job Description
The Store Supervisor at Whiteplane Inc., located in SM LANANG PREMIER representing the Dyson brand, manages daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales targets. You will supervise and coach staff, oversee opening and closing procedures, maintain inventory accuracy and loss prevention, resolve customer issues, prepare sales reports, and enforce company policies. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and basic POS/computer familiarity. Full-time in-person role. Compensation Php18,00–22,00/month with paid training, company events, promotion opportunities, and pathway to permanent employment.
