Job Description
The Affiliate Operations Specialist manages affiliate relationships, monitors campaign performance, and optimizes commission structures to drive growth. Responsibilities include onboarding and supporting affiliates, tracking and reconciling payouts, analyzing KPIs and traffic sources, implementing fraud prevention measures, and coordinating with marketing and product teams. Ideal candidates have experience with affiliate networks, strong analytical skills, proficiency with tracking platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards), attention to detail, and clear communication. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and 2+ years in affiliate or performance marketing are preferred. Problem-solving, Excel skills, and familiarity with contractual terms are advantages.
