Job Description
An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives as a strategic partner. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, screening email and phone communications, arranging travel, preparing reports, tracking expenses, and overseeing projects while maintaining strict confidentiality. The EA will act as the primary liaison between the executive, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations. Job Type: Full-time. Benefit: On-site parking. Work Location: In person.
Requirements
