Job Description
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead a store to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring merchandise deliveries and displays, coordinating with the Area Manager on best-sellers and slow-moving items, maintaining optimal stock levels, orienting sales assistants and stockmen, and maximizing available resources. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, have store operations experience, strong supervisory and inventory management skills, a customer-focused and positive disposition, and willingness to be assigned or transferred to other stores. Position is full-time, permanent; pay Php20,00–23,00/month with employee discount. Work location: in person.
