Job Description
The Programme Policy Officer will shape and implement agricultural livelihoods policy to strengthen smallholder resilience and food security. Responsibilities include policy analysis, program design, evidence-based advocacy, stakeholder coordination with government and NGOs, and monitoring results. The role requires developing guidance, writing policy briefs, and supporting donor reporting. Candidates should have a degree in agriculture, rural development or public policy, 3+ years’ experience in agricultural programs, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with program monitoring and evaluation. Fluency in English and proven ability to work with multi-stakeholder teams are essential.
