Job Description
WTW is seeking a Knowledge Analyst to develop, edit, and manage knowledgebases and related documents. The primary responsibilities include coordinating the development of new and existing knowledgebases while ensuring quality and timely delivery of content. You will work closely with managers and the Client Solutions team, edit and proof materials, and maintain project schedules.
Qualified candidates should possess previous writing/editing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. A positive attitude, teamwork focus, and a strong customer service background (at least 2 years) are essential. Technical proficiency in Shelf is preferred.
