Job Description
Join WTW as an HR Business Partner in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. You’ll manage daily GHRS operations, ensuring service level standards and accurate employee records. Participate in HR projects, enhance team efficiencies, and safeguard employee data privacy.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and HR Shared Services experience. Strong communication, prioritization skills, and flexibility are essential. Proficiency in Excel and Word is a plus. Willingness to work EMEA and North America hours is required.
